Multi Activity Day in Devonshire
Overview:
Reward your team with a fun filled day out the office! The multi activity day combines a selection of activity options that will ensure guests have a great day, offering a little something for everyone.
This event takes place at a purpose-built activity centre set in glorious rolling countryside just 15mins from Exeter city centre and conveniently located with easy access to the A38 and M5.
Format:
Your group will be divided into teams and rotate around a selection of activities. Simply choose 2-3 activities for a half day event or 4-5 for a full day event.
Team Building Activities:
Please choose from the following team building experiences:
Activator Puzzles
A circuit of physically challenging, independent, problem solving, team orientated puzzles where teams earn points as they complete each section. Each puzzle requires a different skill or set of skills for completion, which ensures that the abilities of all team members are utilised. Some of the Activator Puzzles involve water.
Aggravator Puzzles
A circuit of mentally challenging, independent, logic based, team orientated puzzles where teams gain points as they complete each section. Each puzzle requires a different skill or set of skills for completion, which ensures that the abilities of all team members are utilised. Some of the Aggravator Puzzles involve lifting.
Raft Building and Racing
Teams must build a raft with the materials provided, which will enable you to complete the challenge of racing around the buoy. Extremely high risk of getting wet!
Treasure Hunt
Teams follow a series of challenging clues around the grounds, looking for answers to the questions and riddles posed, and collecting items of local flora & fauna en-route!!
Pursuit Karting
Teams race the pedal-powered pursuit karts around the marked circuit as a relay, starting opposite each other. Pedal forwards, backwards, and even blindfolded! Be prepared to dress up! Sense of humour is essential!
Assault Course
It's wet, it's muddy, it's the gladiator assault course. Incorporating a selection of poles, nets, tyres, walls and water obstacles, how long will it take your team to negotiate the course?
Various adaptations are available to encourage leadership skills, communication and teamwork:
• Dino Eggs - save as many baby dinosaur eggs on route as possible.
• Liquid Gold - a pot of liquid gold was stolen; it has been located suspended from a rope over a bog. It must be recovered and transported through the course.
• Water Porter - Your team must complete the course whilst transporting a measured amount of clean water - don't spill it or let it become contaminated!
The Low Challenge Course
Raised approximately 18-inches from the floor, the low challenge course really lives up to its name! A dryer, smaller assault course, the Low Challenge Course incorporates a selection of balance beams, tunnels, nets and tyres, and with two starting positions, your teams can split and chase through the various equipment. Successful challengers of the time trial will find themselves on display on our Notice Board!
Shooting Activities:
Please choose from the following shooting experiences:
Novice Clay Pigeon Shooting (Taster Session)
Including full tuition and equipment hire, this is the perfect option if you are interested in clay pigeon shooting but have no experience as yet. Always a favourite with corporate guests, the novice session is an informative and intrinsically rewarding activity for groups.
Paintball
The piantball site covers a large area of woodland with a deep ravine and stream running through it with bridges, a bunker, a tower and a crashed aeroplane, from which an extensive variety of games are played.
Archery
The archery session starts with a few practice arrows with tuition to warm you up. Following the warm up, your teams will compete in a variety of challenging games, including Colours, High 5, Balloons and many more.

The Hyperslide
Are you brave enough to take a trip down the hyperslide zip wire? Following a full safety briefing and harness fitting, your team members will take it in turns to descend the 200-metre valley crossing.
Hyperbugs
Hyperslide not challenging enough? Why not try the hyperbugs hyperslide challenge? Following a full safety briefing and harness fitting, your team members will take it in turns to descend the 200-metre valley crossing. Your mission is to drop the bug-shaped bean-bags into the targets below, during your descent. Different targets have a different points value, and scores will be awarded to each team for accurate drops!
