Format:
The tasting will take place in a purpose-built wine gallery where you will be introduced to six varieties of wine and in between you will be served delicious cheeses. All explanations will take place in English (unless your Czech is up to scratch) so you can go home and pretend you know a whole heap of interesting wine knowledge and generally impressive trivia.

Just a word about Czech Wine:
Sure you can't swing a dumpling without coming accross the marvellous creation that is Czech beer but trust us, they know a thing or two about the wine. And white wine - if you're in Brno - is where your money's at. Their Reisling - Ryzlink in Czech - is aromatic, crisp, light and dry but with enough fruit to balance out the crisp acidity.
