Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just throwing a few spirits in a glass and sticking an umbrella in the top. Mixology is an art. Get it right and you can create delicious concoctions which dance on your tongue and slide down your throat like liquid gold; get it wrong and you'll be pulling faces like a bartender chewing barbed wire.

Experienced mixologists will give you an introduction to the history of cocktails and will make three of the world's most popular drinks for you to sample. They'll pass on top tips from their wealth of knowledge before letting you loose on the juice.

You'll design and mix your own cocktails in teams against your friends using your newly acquired skills. Once you've created your masterpiece you'll have to give the designer drink a name and let the rest of the group sample it. The mixologists and your peers will then vote for a champion cocktail with the winning team taking home a goody bag for their efforts. You never know, your cocktail may even find its way onto the Hard Rock menu if it really cuts the mustard!

You'll also be served a delicious two course buffet with mini burgers, BLT sandwiches, nachos and sharing platters to help you soak up some of the alcohol.
