Cocktail Event
Ideal for promoting a fun team working atmosphere guests are treated to a sensory experience.
Working flair skills with interactive cocktail games involves the whole crowd and gets individuals working together in teams. Learn new skills taught by the bar team and enjoy the challenge of hands-on fun and games.

With a cocktail in hand your guests will be guided through the essentials of extraction, texture, layering of flavours, the deception factor and presentation.
A Mixology demonstration will follow showing some classic and contemporary cocktails, including some of the bar's own creations which can be passed around for tasting.
Follow the Leader Games
Now the bar becomes interactive. Guests are split into teams and asked to observe carefully. After seeing cocktail methods demonstrated clearly, volunteers from each team will be asked to make the cocktails against the clock. The efforts will be marked out of ten. Teams will also be able to participate in a flair round.
The Pour Off - Learn how to free pour.
Pousse Café - Each group has to construct a layered shot, wait for point marking and then consume.
Flair - The teams will be shown a series of moves and then perform their new skills for points.
In the Mix - Testing team spirit with a spirit of our choice and a mystery bag of ingredients. Teams have to improvise and build a cocktail from information learnt earlier in the session.
The Awards
Prizes will be awarded for Best Team Effort and the Outstanding Individual
Duration
This event lasts approximately 2.5-3 hours.

Non alcoholic cocktails can also be made for non-drinkers.
