A good cocktail party is sure fire way to impress a tough crowd and the best ones will always have a perfectly balanced mix of mouth watering cocktails, elegant surroundings and helpful bartenders. Now is your chance to get behind the bar and try your hand at mixing classic cocktails in the style of the world's great mixers. It's certainly one of the most entertaining ways of learning a brand new skill!

Cocktail Making and Teambuilding:
Corporate teams of all sizes love cocktail classes as they are fun and relaxed and everybody can take part without having any previous experience or knowledge. This workshop will be a great way for newer team members to gain confidence by learning and demonstrating new skills, while the rest of the team will get to know each other in a relaxed and fun-filled environment.

Event Programme:
Your cocktail experience starts with a reception drink and an informative talk introducing your instructors and fellow team members. You will then split up into smaller groups and experience three different aspects of the wonderful world of drink fixing. Then the group will split into smaller teams who will compete amongst themselves for the chance to go forward into the cocktail grand finale. Each participant will be marked and scored. The winners of each group will then compete and a champion 'crowned'.

Everyone will experience the following:

The Drinks
Shake up some of the most popular classic and contemporary concoctions from around the world including the Sling, Mule, Daiquiri, Bramble and many more. Alternatively, for those who prefer not to drink you can create some superb tasting fresh fruit smoothies and learn how to cut eye catching garnishes with a selection of exotic fruits.

The Information:
Experiment and layer the more exotic and rare spirits. Learn the density of different spirits, Liqueurs and juices and then create your own layered cocktail and shooter.

The Fun
This is the art of moving and shaking! Our Flair School instructor will develop a small routine with each group to put into practice behind the bar. A great opportunity to impress your colleagues with the ultimate Tom Cruise moves!

The Competition
The best bartender from each group will fight it out to create the
perfect cocktail using their new knowledge from new skills learnt.
Prizes are given to teams for the most knowledgeable and the most inventive.

Included:
- Drink on arrival
- 2 rounds of cocktail making
- Grand finale round for the best bartender in each group
- Selection of canapes for the group

Duration:
This workshop usually lasts between 1- 1.5 hours.
