Nothing beats homemade chocolate using the best quality ingredients and this workshop offers the opportunity to find out how it all is created and even to make your own version. You will enjoy the opportunity to experiment with various flavors and types of chocolate, as well as the chance to share with others an insight into this wonderful creative process.
During this workshop, you will:

- Learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar 
- Try a variety of delicious handmade chocolates accompanied by champagne
- Learn how to make Dutch truffles, pralines and chocolate fudge 
- Cut, dip and decorate your own handmade chocolates 
- A complementary recipe a ribbon-tied box of chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure

The Challenge:
At the begining of the event each team will recieve a golden envelope with a top secret 'chocolate challenge' inside. Each team's task is to create chocolates for a particular market segment. A team leader will be assigned who will have to delegate roles to each member of the team. Before you know it, everyone in your group will be busy assembling, tasting and packaging delicious homemade chocolates. They can't be slow though as it is also a race against the clock as each team has to accomplish their tasks in the set time before the grand finale of a presentation, where each team-member's verbal skills are put to the test.

The chocolate challenge is fully mobile and can accommodate groups of up to 300 people.
