Nothing beats homemade chocolate using the best quality ingredients and this workshop offers the opportunity to find out how it all is created and even to make your own version. You will enjoy the opportunity to experiment with various flavors and types of chocolate, as well as the chance to share with others an insight into this wonderful creative process.
During this workshop, you will:

- Learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar 
- Try a variety of delicious handmade chocolates accompanied by champagne
- Learn how to make Dutch truffles, pralines and chocolate fudge 
- Cut, dip and decorate your own handmade chocolates 
- A complementary recipe a ribbon-tied box of chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure

Suggested Itinerary:

5.30pm: Guests arrive.

5.45pm: A brief history of chocolate is given, whilst guests sip champagne and sample an assortment of our finest handmade chocolates.

6.00pm: Guests are divided into groups, and set the challenge of creating their own unique truffle centre using essential oils and spices. The results will be judged by the chocolatier based on technique and creative flair.

6.45pm: The chocolatier demonstrates how to make fudge and praline, and how to temper chocolate - with a helping hand from the guests!

7.15pm: Guests learn how to cut, dip and decorate.

7.45pm: Guests leave with ribbon-tied boxes full of their very own handmade chocolate, as well as detailed recipes to make at leisure.
