The Race Format
The endurance race format is a team event (2-4 to a team). All teams are on the track at the same time so overtaking, pit stops and driver strategy play a huge part in determining the eventual winner. Each competitor participates in a 15 minute timed practice in their team kart to get used to the kart and circuit. Grid positions are determined by the qualifying times from the practice. The karts will have 1 formation lap and then the Green Flag drops and the race is on.
The computerised lap scoring system keeps everyone up to date on the leaders and laggards. Trophies are awarded for every member of the 3 top teams. The driver achieving the fastest lap time receives a plaque.

The Track
This excellent pro track is one of the longest we know of at some 650 metres. The special tarmac surface provides for ‘Real-Grip’ ensuring speed without compromising safety. Emphasis is on skill through corners, with the 7.5 metre width providing plenty of opportunity for overtaking.

The Karts
These Honda karts are the impressive 270cc single engine versions incorporating the latest liquid gas fuel technology. Capable of sustained speeds of 50mph down the straight, the three point steering means cornering is challenging and fun.
