Overview:
Take your team on a fun filled day of activities that good old British weather won't be able to interupt. This half day will include all your favourite activities and the best part is you'll be able to enjoy them rain, hail or shine. It's a Knockout is one of our best loved activities for groups of all sizes and your team will love reliving games such as 'Gladiator Joust' and 'Penguin Pursuit' which involve manic costumes and hilarious role playing. All games test teamwork skills and will have everyone in stitches of laughter as they try their hands at giant sack races, sumo wrestling and a space hopping relay. Choose six events from the list below:
Sumo Wrestling:
Want to practise the ancient Japanese art of Sumo but don't want the neccessary 10 stone weight gain? Well we have just the game! Inflatable Sumo wrestling is a delicate practise of wearing a thong while pumelling your opponent to the ground and not losing your balance. The suits are truly giant and even the most timid of participants will love stepping into the role of a top Japanese fighter.
Penguin Pursuit:
Another hilarious role-playing classic but this time participants become hungry penguins with the goal of being the first to grab the fish and win the game. Everyone will don hilarious giant Penguin suits to become at least twice their original height then, competing in groups of three, they'll use their skills to get the most fish and not fall over in a heap.
Gladiator Joust:
A competitor from each team has to mount the gladiator stands and then use the pugil sticks to knock each other off their stand. The competition is based on the best of three for each participant, then the next team member has to jump on. Fun and energetic, this activity is great for teambuilding and for those who simply enjoy getting large bouncy things and beating them into one another. Hard.
Egg and Spoon:
Go back to school where you can relive the best days of your school years without the homework and take our Egg and Spoon challenge with your colleagues and make absolute fools of yourselves! The relay runs in teams to and the points earned will cumulate towards to overall total of the day.
Giant Sack Race:
One person from each team starts in the giant sack and then has to hop along to different points to pick up team members until you have all the team in the sack and they have to hop to the finishing point. The team that makes it to the finish the fastest are the winners.
Space Hopper Relay:
A great activity for those after something fun that doesn't require a high degree of co-ordination or even effort. A space hopper will take you back to your school days and is an easy ice-breaker where everyone can have a go and a laugh without a care in the world, this relay is tonnes of fun and we guarantee it'll put a smile on everyone's faces.
Human Table football:
The teams have to compete against each other in a football game with a difference. The competitors are strapped to a pole and can only move sideways. There is no moving forwards or backwards allowed as this will result in red cards. The game is 5 a side but there are as many substitutions as you want.
Four Legged Race:
Forget the run-of-the-mill three legged race we've got a hilarious FOUR legged race in store for your groups. We have sourced one-of-a-kind four legged suits where you'll have to concentrate and use quite deft co-ordination to avoid toppling to the ground. This activity is great getting everyone in the spirit of an 'It's a Knockout' and is a perfect addition to a teambuilding day.
Dress The Sportsman:
The team have to nominate one person to be the sports person while the others have to run a relay race getting over the various obstacles on the way to their team member with a piece of clothing for them to wear. The team to have their sports person fully dressed is the winner.
