This fun filled day, out of the office, has been designed as a flexible option, offering a selection of motorised, field and teambuilding activities for teams to enjoy.

Format:
Your group will be divided into teams and rotate round a selection of activities. Teams compete for the highest scores and the event finishes with a presentation where fun prizes are awarded to the winning teams.

Hovercrafting
Learn how to drive and control these large machines and compete for the fastest time sliding around a challenging course.

Rage Buggies
This fast paced and exhilarating activity is the ultimate in adrenaline off road entertainment. Win points for quick lap times.

Pacer Karts
Pacer karts are lower to the ground than conventional karts giving them excellent manoeuvrability. Compete for the best time trail.

Mini JCB Digger Challenge
Take a crash course in how to operate a 1.5 tonne JCB digger. Then put your new skills to practise in a series of challenges.

Argo Cats
These unusual 8 wheeled all-terrain buggies are capable of going absolutely anywhere. Take one around a challenging course.

Quad Bikes (track challenges depend on the chosen venue)
Navigate 125cc quad bikes around a course. Once mastered, take them off course and through a series of challenges.

Micro Quads
Looking for something a little different? These unusual four-wheeled machines offer everything of a quad bike, but in a smaller shell. Compete in a relay race and a head-to-head competition, at only a few inches from the ground.

Powerturns
These bizarre shaped buggies have two engines, each driving one side. Coordinate both engines to get round the course.

Reverse Steer Driving
Learn to fight instincts behind the wheel! Complete a course using a specially converted Land Rover where the steering is reversed. 

Blindfold Driving
Designed to test everybody in the vehicle. Passengers are required to navigate a 4x4 around a course with a blindfolded driver behind the steering wheel without speaking.

Honda Pilots
Race in relay style in teams, driving 400cc karts. Compete for the fastest time around the track.

Shooting Activities:

Clay Pigeon Shooting
This is an exciting and challenging sport that involve using real shotguns in a competition-style shooting event.  (This activity is subject to the venue suitability as a section 11 is required)

Laser Clay Shooting
A great introduction to the world of shooting, using real shotguns that fire a laser beam rather than shots.

Archery
Test your hand and eye coordination with this traditional sport that offers individuals a challenge and the team a fun experience. 

Crossbow Shooting
Crossbows are a rifle-styled version of archery. Easier to shoot accurately for beginners, but just as fun!

Air Rifles
Use a selection of air weapons to shoot at a range of targets. Points are awarded for each hit.

Laser Combat (this activity typically replaces two activities - usually two teams compete at a time)
Using sophisticated infrared weapons, teams compete against each other on a variety of missions such as Capture the Flag, Sniper Challenge, Total Elimination and Predator and Prey - and will be rewarded with points for each win. 

Team Building:

Chariot Racing
This novel and hilarious activity requires teams design, build and race a chariot. Compete in time trials with one person on board.

Human Table Football
This is the human version of the popular game ‘table football'. Two teams compete at once on an inflatable 5-a-side pitch.

Defuse the Bomb
Can you defuse the bomb before it explodes? Communicate via walkie talkies and decipher a series of clues to crack the code.

Treasure Island
Cross a treacherous path using wooden planks without falling into the quicksand (touching the ground).

Spiders Web
Get the team through the spider's web without waking the spider.

Ballista Build
Construct a catapult and fire at a variety of targets, with additional points of offer for the catapult which can fire the furthest.

Human Sheep Herding
Most of the team will be 'blindfolded' lost sheep. Others will need to direct them into a pen using noises only! Baaaaa-rilliant fun.

Egg Flirt
Design and build an egg launcher capable of tossing an egg out of sight without touching it. A broken egg means no points!

Pyramids
A mind boggling task, solve the puzzle before the time runs out.

Entrapment
Get two team mates across a grid of questions, hotspots and arrows. Will your team have the knowledge to succeed?

Cranium
Build a freestanding device, no higher than 3ft tall which is capable of lifting a bucket of water.

It's A Numbers Game
A great test of memory, communication and speed. Retrieve numbered cards from the ground in the correct order.

Blindfold Tent Race
Put your camping skills to the test and compete against each other in a race to erect a tent.

Raft Building (venue dependant)
Build a floating vessel to transport your team across the water from the materials supplied.

This the human version of the popular table football game, where the winning teams battle it out in a 5-aside football match.

Gladiator Joust
Knock opponents off of their podium before they knock you off yours! Hilarious fun!

Sumo Wrestling
Jump into a huge padded body suit, padded helmet and wrestle your colleagues out of the circle.

Bungee Run
Run as far as you can down an inflatable bungee runway with a large elastic cord tied to your waist. See who can get the furthest.

Overview:
I say old chaps, isn't it nice to be outdoors?! Well grab your wellies and flat caps and head to the country for a action-packed adventure day, filled with all that encompasses ‘A Day in the Country!'

Format:
This event starts with a hearty greeting from the host, a spiffing country gentleman sporting a Barbour jacket, wellies and flat cap of course! Each team don's their very own flat caps ready to compete in a selection of activities throughout the rest of the day.

Such a day wouldn't be complete without a midday break for a flask of tea and homemade scones. (Not included in the price.)

The event finishes with guests having an optional tipple whilst all points for the different challenges are combined to find your grand total. The winning team will then be presented with a trophy and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate in style Well done chaps!

Blindfold 4x4 Driving
It's ‘night-time', your team has been stranded in a field with no lights and no clear route back to ‘the farm'. Avoid ditches and other obstacles and get back to the farm.

Archery
Test your hand and eye coordination with this traditional sport that offers individuals a challenge and the team a fun experience.

Clay Pigeon Shooting
A true country sport: real clay shooting, real guns, real shots.

Laser Clay Shooting
If the chosen venue doesn't have the licence required for real shot guns, we have a fantastic laser clay option which is just as good as the real thing.

Cross Bow
As an alternative or step-up from long bow archery, the cross bow is a more powerful and much more accurate option for the braver amongst you!

Standard Activities:
Blindfold Sheep Herding
Armed with a whistle and staff, can you get all the sheep back in the pen?! Only one problem, these aren't any ordinary sheep, they are your costumed and blindfolded colleagues!

Country Pub Quiz
If there's one on hand we'll certainly take you there; if not, all head back to the Land Rovers for a tipple and a quick pub quiz.

Welly Wanging
No country day is complete without a welly or two being thrown about, and this well loved heave-ho challenge is sure get everyone's competitive streak fired up.

Tug-O-War
This classic country sport is guaranteed to have all your colleagues in fits of laughter, as well as a team full of muddy knees!

Overview
With London 2012 fast approaching, what better time is there to hold your very own version of The Games?! We have specially designed “The Games” to consist of a variety of fun and whacky events so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Getting everyone involved will be easy with our range of crazy events....and it is guaranteed to bring out some hidden skills you never knew you had. For a competitive team event with a topical twist, The Games is not one to be missed. Rhythmic gymnastics anyone?

Format
On arrival, groups are divided into teams (if they haven’t been already) and are briefed about the different games at which they will be competing. With the torches lit and the national flags flying, all that is then left for us to do is to declare your “Games” open. Points are awarded for each game and as points mean prizes...get your running shoes ready and go for it.

Choose from the following events: 

Wii Olympics
Compete in stylised Olympic venues with authentic sports and events to choose from including archery, gymnastics and table tennis.  Going head to head will have the teams' competitive juices flowing. 

Sumo Suit Wrestling (high risk activity)
With giant padded head to toe sumo suits, your group will be in stitches as you take on opposing teams in a sumo wrestle.

Giant Alpine Skiing
A hilarious game of communication, where the team must stand astride a set of giant skis and navigate to the bottom of the slalom piste. Why not add blindfolds for extra laughs!

Mental Olympics
This game will challenge your minds. This is a quiz containing all kinds of trivia and general knowledge questions so get your brains ticking and your thinking caps on. 

The Olympics Game
Go head to head in a selection of childhood classics including jenga, connect 4, kerplunk and snakes and ladders.

Track and Field
No Olympic games would be complete without the classic track and field events. Our versions however have a twist; welly wanging, netball shotput and whacky sprint races to name a few.

Gladiator joust***
Take your place on the gladiator joust podium and battle it out to be the last man standing.  Participants use foam sticks to try and knock their opponent off into the inflatable pit.

Table Tennis
A relay team game of table tennis will test both team work and skill but the relay rally finale will have everyone in stitches.

The Finale (space dependent)
The end of your Games will culminate with an all out tug of war.

A medal ceremony will then take place where medals are awarded to first, second and third places.

Overview:
Reward your team with a fun filled multi activity day at a purpose built activity venue in County Durham!

This multi activity day combines a range of motorised, shooting and team building activities, offering a little something for everyone - and the best part is you can choose the activities you do!

This event takes place at a unique venue spread across 500 acres in the heart of County Durham with amazing scenery and great terrain for activities. Located near Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland, Darlington and Middlesbrough.

Conference requirements and team building activities all in one place...
The venue offers a Grade II listed former cart shed that has been converted to provide a fabulous setting for off-site team meetings with a capacity of up to 40 people (available at an additional cost).

Format:
The format of the day varies depending on the size of the group. Typically, on arrival the group will be greeted by the Event Manager, who will give everybody a briefing of the day and divide the group into teams. Throughout the day teams rotate around the selected activities. The event concludes with a presentation where a trophy is awarded to the winning team.

Activities:
For a full day event please choose four activities from the list below or for a half day event please pick two: (this package includes two motorised activities. Extra motorised activities can be organised at an additional cost) 

Motorised Activities (FUN AND CHALLENGING):
Quad Bike Trekking (recommended)
Take on the challenge of deep mud, water pools and slippery descents on Yamaha 4 stoke quad bikes. Guests will be accompanied by qualified instructors as they embark on the trek up into the fells of Durham. BEWARE – guests will not just be riding around on a flat field, so prepare to get rather muddy!

Mud Buggy Racing
Seated low to the floor and harnessed in buggies, guests skid and wheel-spin over an expanse of grass and mud. Drivers will need to put the pedel to the metal and try and over take competitors while trying to stay on the track.  

4x4 Blind Fold Driving (recommended)
The driver will be blindfolded and it is up to team mates inside the vehicle to direct the driver around the grounds without hitting any markers to get the best score. Communication vital for this to succeed!

Shooting Activities (COMPETITIVE AND LEARN A SKILL):
Clay Pigeon Shooting (recommended)
Clay Target shooting involves being taught how to safely handle and use a shotgun, together with being coached by a professional shooting instructor to shoot various sporting targets using either 20 bore or 12 bore automatic shotguns.

Archery
Enjoy the competitive spirit and find out who has the nerve to shoot the highest score demanding calm concentration, a keen eye and quick reactions. The group will first practise at targets and then off into the woods for some field archery.
 
Rifles and Pistol Target Shooting 
Using a wide range of guns from air rifles to hand guns, teams will be given challenging targets to aim at in the target shooting range. The targets come in different shapes and sizes and an element of competition can be incorporated into the activity (if guests wish) to see how guests compare to the rest of the teams.

Team Building Challenges (WORKING TOGETHER AND PROBLEM SOLVING):
Bomb Disposal (recommended)
A bomb has landed in a small square of electrical fences and teams need to remove it without setting it off. Many have attempted this challenge and failed.  Teams need to use the apparatus provided to manoeuvre the bomb form the centre of the fenced area into their hands. Everybody will need to be careful...the bomb has a motion sensor that leads to detonation!

Mine Field (recommended)
Within the woods there is an area of mines that teams need to get through. Guests will need to work together to solve the problem that on first glance looks impossible.

Fire Brigade
A fire has started down nearby the lake. Before it spread teams will need to put it out. Using an affective pump, however the parts are strewn around the surrounding area. Guests need to find the parts, assemble the pump and figure out how to get it started in order to put the fire out as soon as possible.

Grass Rafting
This is the most exciting way to finish a day of activities. All groups come together at the end for a race across the field. It is down to each team to figure out the fastest way to get to the end.

Overview:
Reward your team with a fun filled morning or afternoon out of the office! The multi activity day combines the best of adrenaline fueled activities that will ensure guests have a great day with a little something for everyone.

This event takes place at an activity centre situated in a large wooded valley, with a fast flowing stream running through the middle.

Format:
On arrival, guests will be met by the event manager who will divide the group into teams and brief everybody on the exciting day of activities. Throughout the event teams rotate around the activities. The day finishes with an award ceremony where prizes are given to the winning teams.

Quad biking
Guests go trekking on these four-wheeled motorbikes through the 34 acre woodland valley.

Mud Buggies
Powered by a 400cc engine, these exciting single seater off-road buggies provide thrilling entertainment.
Driving around a twisting circuit with slaloms, chicanes and hairpin bends, guests practice and then take part in either individual time trials or a team competition.

Laser Quest
Laser weapons will be fully charged, the interactive arena will be ready for action and adrenaline levels will be on maximum, guests will need to prepare for the ultimate challenge.

This event takes place at a unique venue tucked into 250 acres of Yorkshire countryside, located near York, Darlington and Harrogate.

Conference requirements and team building activities all in one place...
The venue offers excellent conferencing facilities with a range of rooms; capable of seating from five up to 300 people, which can be used for an off-site team meeting (available at an additional cost).

Format:
The format of the day varies depending on the size of the group. Typically, on arrival the group will be greeted by the Event Manager, who will give everybody a briefing of the day and divide the group into teams. Throughout the day teams rotate around the selected activities. If you would like to make this a competitive day, teams can be scored for each activity and the event can conclude with fun prizes for the winning teams (prizes available at an additional cost).

Gemini Grass Track Karts
Copious amounts of oversteer make these karts great fun. Teams will run an enduro.

Quad Agility Tests & Obstacle Course
Think you can handle an all-terrain quad bike or complete a slalom course in reverse? Then try this event and put your team's co-ordination skills to the test!

Powerturns
Wild Machines, with two engines two seats and NO STEERING WHEEL! Can you control the car let alone your partner! A great event!

Blindfold Driving
The driver of the 4x4 vehicle is blindfolded and has to negotiate a coned course with the help of directions from the passenger/team-mate. Instructions, even when shouted, are not necessarily obeyed! This leads to frustrating but hilarious fun!

Rage Buggy Time Trails
Outrageous vehicles with copious amounts of over-steer, 360° spins and loads of mud. Can your team remain cool, calm and collected? Fantastic machines!!!

Segway X2 Experience
Experience the unique feeling of riding Segways. Segways are upright two wheel vehicles that guests stand on and using weight distribution only for speed and direction. Segways are great fun and can operate on a variety of terrains.

Quad Bike Safari
A bike per person, tuition from our Instructor and its laughter and thrilling excitement all the way on the Quad Bike Safari. The cross-country trek through the quarry, across streams, and up and down hillsides is seriously good fun.

Shooting Activities (COMPETITIVE AND LEARN A SKILL):
Clay Pigeon Shooting (Available at an additional cost)
Find the ‘Top Gun’ of the day. Whatever your ability, we will have you knocking the clays out of the sky. THE CHALLENGE: - To shoot as many clays as possible. Highly trained firearms instructor will be on hand to give you an outstanding experience.

Archery or Crossbows (Available at an additional cost)
Can you consistently hit the ‘Gold’ and record the highest team score for the day? This event provides a fascinating insight into the techniques and equipment used in the middle ages.

Activities In The Sky (CHALLENGING):
Crate Build
The challenge to earn the required points is for the team to build the highest possible tower using beer crates while suspended from the forest canopy. A truly adrenalising experience ! ! !

Climbing Wall
Whether you are an experienced rock climber or complete novice, why not try this spectacular discipline. At 40ft, the outdoor wall is one of the tallest in the UK. Exceed your expectations by climbing to the top, or as high as you can. The wall can accommodate six people climbing at any one time on both vertical and inclined slopes.

Gladiator Challenge (Climbing Wall Team Challenge)
Using automatic belay devices climbers go head to head – fantastic spectator sport

Anagram Challenge (Climbing Wall Team Challenge)
Uncover the letters at different heights and solve the anagram – choose your height.

Route Selection (Climbing Wall Team Challenge)
Plan a route and challenge your colleagues to a climb

Leap of Faith
For a real adrenalin rush, try climbing to the top of a 35ft telegraph pole, standing on a platform no larger than 1ft square and leaping for a Bovy (just in reach). Huge energy surrounds this activity, with support given as you literally step into the unknown.

Team Building Activities (WORKING TOGETHER):
Rescue Mission
A plane has crash landed in the middle of an island and there is an unexploded bomb. Everyone on the island has to get off – this is a race against the ticking time bomb….and a race against the team on the other side of the island!!!!! This activity utilises a real aeroplane and 12ft deep moat to negotiate.

Minefield
Your team are stranded on the wrong side of a minefield and have to negotiate the live bed of mines without hitting one.

Floodwaters
Your teams have been stranded on opposite sides of a lake deep in the woods (real! not imagined). Can you get the vital information across the floodwaters using only the equipment provided? Be careful there is a sting in the tail and contingency planning will be required!

Organisation Maze
Your team is faced with a large grid, across which there is one correct path. The team must find the correct path across the grid by trial and error, against the clock. There are strict penalties and rules with this great fun activity, not least of which is that the team are not allowed to talk or make any sound once the task has started! Not easy!

Traverse
The ideal warm up for everyone. Rope courses can be the ultimate challenge for groups and individuals. Low elements are 18” to 24” from the ground so it’s not scary at all. Delegates must work as a team in order to complete them successfully. They include; Swinging Logs, parallel Ropes, Burma Bridge, Vines, Scramble Nets, Wild Woosey, See-saw etc

Swing Bridge
Your team have to be transported above the woodland floor using amongst other things barrels, a plank and a tyre suspended from the trees. The solution to the task is in the title - is your team up to the challenge?

Tyrolean Bridge
The bridge you have to cross has been blown apart and needs to be reconstructed as a matter of urgency…however, the electronic conduit between each side needs to be completed in the exact mapped format to operate properly.

Mohawk WalK
Can your team compete the section of wires without touching the ground? The teams use the ropes hanging from various positions and a nominated ‘spotter’ to assist in the crossing.

Nuclear Fuel Rods
Your team has been chosen to assist in a nuclear facility. Your challenge is to insert the fuel rods in their correct housings. The problem is that only one team member can make it into the chamber at a time and must communicate to the rest of the team how to progress with the challenge…the fuel rods are different lengths as are the housings….tricky one!

Bobsleigh Push Start
One of it’s kind! The official dry training track for the Olympians. With top class coaching, teams push a 2 or 4-man ‘Bob’ for the fastest time of the day. Requires controlled aggression, team power and co-ordinated speed. Although it may seem surprising, parallels are easily drawn with the work environment.

Raft Build
The aim is for each Team to construct a Raft from the components provided and get some or all of the team across the water in the quickest possible time without getting wet! - (Life Jackets are supplied to all competitors).

Gun Run
These are replica Field Guns. The team must complete the obstacle course with the Field Guns and limbers, breaking down the guns where necessary to complete each section, which may be a limbo to get under, a high bar to get over, a narrow gate to get through, or a slalom to negotiate. Not only does the gun and its components have to get under or over the obstacles, but so do the team members. An exercise which relies on the team to plan, communicate, support and work together.
