Your gracious tutors will take you through the history, trends and even the explanations as to why some cocktails taste just so good. For those of you who just love exploring the bottomless world of mixed drinks you'll love the seemingly endless combinations that await you.

How the Evening Works:
You arrive at a top central London bar and are treated to glass of Champagne. Your bartender will then give you a two hour class outlining the 'tricks of the trade' and all the artistry that goes into the making of a great cocktail from the glassware to the ingredients. You'll learn all about the key ingredients, bases, spirits, mixers and then split into groups and get down to business with a 'shake off' where you'll get behind the bar and do your best at putting the bartender out of work with your very own alcoholic effort. The Bar Manager will judge the best bartender with marks for style, presentation and taste. The winner will receive a premium bottle of spirits to take home.
