jobs at Chillisauce

Chillisauce prides itself on making the working hours as fun and exciting as the events we organise for our customers. That doesn’t necessarily mean we play paintball in the office, but we do ensure that all of our employees get to see exactly what we’re about – from fam trips to destinations all across the UK and Europe, trying out the activities we sell, to weekly staff nights out around London.

Our sales team is constantly growing and we are currently in the process of recruiting for sales professionals to take on the responsibilities of selling our stag and hen activity weekends. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and persuasive, competitive and have a strong work ethic.

You are selling a once-in-a-lifetime experience to our customers, who want to enjoy a weekend away or a new experience with their friends. You can be a part of their story, and ensure they have a great time. All you need to do is be able to commit fully to making the sale and use every bit of your charm to gain your customers' trust and affections, using superb customer service skills and a winning telephone manner.

Chillisauce are committed to finding the right people and training them up to fulfil the best of their potential. If you’re enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a great attitude to work, we will favour this over a sparkling CV and no personality. Our training is thorough and rewards people who are ambitious, willing to soak up the knowledge and skills on offer and develop as people as well as staff.
