Format
Wine tasting takes place in a traditional Bulgarian 'folklore' restaurant. The restaurant is centrally located and is ideally placed if you want to head straight into town afterwards and continue your 'wine research' on Sofia's many bars. Your wine tutor will bascially tell you everything you need to know to sound like a proper wine professional and impress the hell out of your friends.
