Overview:
Clay pigeon shooting used to be associated with posh old duffers in tweed jackets, but you don't need a Land Rover and a plummy voice to enjoy a session on the shooting range. This is a brilliant activity to get your competitive juices flowing, so expect lots of banter as everyone tries to be their group's 'Top Gun'.

With state-of-the-art automatic equipment you will be shooting at many simulated sporting targets, from a bolting rabbit at ground level to the highest pheasants from the high tower all while taking in the spectacular scenery.

Overview:
Grab your sporrans, and don your skirts... I mean kilts! It's time for the biggest test of your worth you'll ever experience, short of the olympics - The Mini Highland Games!
That's right, if you've ever secretly fancied a go at tossing the caber, or hurling the wellies, then now is your chance!
You and your friends can take part (competitively, of course) in a number of events, such as:

 - The Farmer's Dash
 - The Haggis Malt Challenge
 - Weight O'er Bar
 - Tossing the Hammer
 - Tug o' War
If you're not too sure on how to play these, don't worry - you'll have a team of kilted instructors to help the day run smoothly.

Overview:
Unless you have vivid memories of the time before you were born or somehow got sucked into a beach ball as a young child it's highly unlikely that you will have ever experienced anything like sphereing. Strap yourself in and prepare for a truly unique experience as you're propelled down a hill in a giant inflatable ball.

Once you've donned your safety harness and are attached to the inside of the sphere, it'll be time for some exhilarating fun. With only three feet of air separating you from the ground, you'll hurtle along at speeds of up to 30 mph. Even the most committed thrill-seekers will be screaming their lungs out as they're spent spinning out of control like a cat in a tumble dryer.

Overview:
The site is around 150 feet high with a natural overhang.

This is an activity for all levels to enjoy. With the help of the instructors build up your confidence in preparation for your final descent using the technique 'rap running'.

Rap running is the same as abseiling but with one vital difference, you go down forward!

Note:
This is a half day activity.

Overview:
Set in some of Scotland's most beautiful countryside, this is quad trekking as it should be.

In groups of up to 25 people, you will trek up and down hills, through woodland and through heather clad fields on these all-terrain quad bikes. Each person will be on their bikes for an hour whether there is rain, hail or shine.

Overview:
If you want to experience white water rafting in its true form (rather than a mellow ride down a man made course), then this is the place to do it with stunning scenery thrown into the bargain.

Rafting not just about floating down a river, it's a team effort to guide your raft through the constantly changing river course while getting a rush as you navigate through wacky rapids on this beginner's river.

Each boat is expertly guided by an instructor who is familiar with the river and its obstacles.

It's been on the TV, on the radio and in the papers; now it's your turn to try it! Developed whilst training for freestyle skiing - learn the techniques of launching, flying, balancing and landing safely in the water, all the while trying not to fill your wetsuit! From 3ft to 50ft you decide how high you dare go. This is straight out extreme and a rush like no other.

Overview:
Slip on your green tights, don your quiver, put a feather in your hat and gather together your merry men. This is Archery at its finest at a fantastic site that boasts superb facilities. These are the most advanced in the UK and cover all disciplines, both indoors and outdoors.

Anyone, regardless of their skill levels can use our ranges in the hall, or on the outdoor target field. Tuition and all the equipment required are available for novices and beginners; lessons are available anytime by appointment.

The Outdoor Target Range is 95 metres by 50 metres wide, with 12 permanently sited foam target bosses at the north end, and lies in to the clubhouse.

The Field Archery range is sited in 130 acres of woodland. Field archery is not for novices. Therefore only experienced archers who are members of the Scottish Field Archery Association, or a sister organisation may use the courses.

Overview:
The day normally kicks off with a short history of Falconry over coffee to break the ice and then an introduction to the birds and a basic question and answer session.
 
Before any handling of the birds takes place, you will be fully briefed as to what the bird is likely to expect from you. You will then be instructed on how to approach the bird, how to pick it up off it's perch, untying and retying the birds' leash with a falconer's knot and securing the bird safely on the fist.
 
After this initial lesson the hawks are then flown. Each individual is guaranteed to handle one of the birds and possibly even have the bird flown to and from their fist (in reality this usually happens several times).

During the course of the hour you'll get a chance to work with the Great Grey Owl, the American Black Vultures and a Harris Hawk which you'll also get to feed.
