Overview:
Coasteering is the official sporting term given to an activity that has been practiced by local thrill seekers for years; namely scrambling round a coastline and jumping off cliffs into wave lapped coves below.

Coasteering is combination of rock climbing, scrambling, swimming and cliff jumping, wrapped up in one adrenalin fuelled experience. During the session you will traverse along the bottom of cliffs using rocks and water, you'll cave through the Gazzle, and when it gets a bit too steep to climb? The fun bit. Hurl yourself through the air into the water, and swim round until you find an easy climbing spot again.

Perfect for all you budding lemmings. Erm.. we mean.. thrillseekers. Yeah. That's it. Thrillseekers.

As a celebration for finishing the course, the lucky stag will receive a refreshing bottle of bubbly!

Included:
- Full instruction and guidance
- All safety equipment with briefing
- Bottle of bubbly for the stag.

Duration:
- This event will last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Overview:
Swim, climb, jump and explore the coastline as you've never experienced it before. All sessions can be tailored to suit all abilities and excitement needs, so rest assured that you're in for a cracking time! Blowholes, caves and curious sea creatures are only some of the fantastic features that you will encounter on your coasteering route. Personal equipment (wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet) is provided and all instructors carry safety, rescue and first aid equipment. Each session will start with a brief that will cover safety aspects, before heading out with your experienced instructor.

Will you end up clinging to the rocks for dear life and refusing to jump? Are you brave enough for the coasteering challenge? Well, there's only one way to find out!

Times:
- 10 am - 1 am
- 2 pm - 5 pm

Notes:
- All you need to bring along is a pair of wetsuit booties or trainers that you don't mind getting wet.

This coasteering is a guaranteed crowd pleaser that combines swimming, climbing, scrambling, and cliff jumping and takes you to otherwise inaccessible parts of the Cornish coastline. This is a real adrenaline rush activity that will test your bravery. It's great to make lesser-known members of the group feel like part of the group, as everyone shouts encouragement at them to get them to leap off of a cliff!

Format:
Groups will be kitted up in wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids and given a safety talk before taking to the water and swimming out towards the headland (it's not that far!). From there you will make your way along a cliff face and venture into numerous caves where you'll come across a series of blowholes and whirlpools. At certain places during the trip you will use the push of the swell to clamber up onto the rocks. Then scramble up the cliffs and prepare to go into ‘bomb’ mode as you take a thrilling leap 40ft (20ft if you're a pussy) off the cliff back into the surf below! The instructor will take the first leap to show the rest of the group how it’s done, before those that are game follow suit. A real test of stamina and courage!

Overview:
Take advantage of this spectacular privately owned beach with all the natural facilities needed to engage in a selection of A-grade outdoor activities. Located a quick 10 minute walk from the Newquay town centre, this surf beach features golden sands and crystal clear water - the perfect environment for a bit of outdoor fun and bonding. Dramatically surrounded on 3 sides by stunning 200ft cliffs, the area is sheltered from the wind and benefits from its westerly direction with maximum sunlight throughout the day.
This day combines the action of a superb coasteering trip, followed by a chilled out game of beach volleyball and then some kicking back on the beach. Cool dude.

Coasteering Half Day

Beach Volleyball
Hit the golden sands for a highly charged game of beach volleyball. Conduct a competitive game or simply stuff about for a bit of fun - the choice is yours! The playing zone is located right on the beach, giving players the perfect setting to have some fun.

Restaurant & Bar:
The site features a top quality restaurant that serves everything from basic snacks to fine cuisine, including a selection of locally caught fish. The restaurant also offers abundant indoor seating with a great view of the beach, as well as a sheltered terrace and, for those that can't get close enough to the water, seating located on the beach itself. A fully-stocked bar is also available, offering you the chance to enjoy a drink while soaking up the fabulous views.
Notes:
- The site features changing rooms, clean shower and toilet facilities.
- Included: any safety equipment required by your group. Please wear comfortable footwear and come prepared for the weather and spending time outdoors (don't forget sunscreen or waterproofs, depending on the forecast!). If taking part in water sports, you will need to bring your own towels and for Coasteering, an old pair of trainers or wetsuit boots can be useful for scrambling over rocks.
