Take advantage of the imposing cliffs surrounding this spectacular beach and venture forth for some quality abseiling. There are two great spots to abseil, the first being a sheer rock face 150ft high, and the second taking you down into the mouth of a darkened cave. Even complete beginners can learn to make a controlled rope descent on a variety of cliff and cave terrains.
