Overview:
Experienced instructors provide individual tuition and you will get the chance to shoot 12 and 20 bore shotguns. There is no pain when using the proper equipment: special guns and cartridges to suit all statures will be on offer. The instructors take pride in introducing novices to this exciting sport, with the aim of making you a top marksman by the end of the session (well, be able to hit something at least!). Licences are not needed – just wear suitable clothing and flat shoes. Each participant will shoot a total of 30 clays during their session from a variety of different stands. A scoring system is incorporated into the event to build up the element of competition and provoke some post-match banter.

Overview:
Here is a sport that involves ruthless precision, firearms and stuff that explodes – what’s not to love? Clay pigeon shooting is a bona fide Stag weekend classic that will get the lads fired up with some friendly competition and trash talking. So get your itchy trigger fingers ready and get firing!

The Format:
Your stag party will assemble at this superb site for the standard health & safety talk before laying hands on the rifles. Instructors will be on-hand to give everyone a lesson in the basics before everyone gets firing in a practice round. After a short break your group will progress on to a fully fledged competition that will have you firing at clays launched from a variety of different traps.

- A pub serving food is located 1 mile from the site. Food can be pre-arranged to eat on-site as well.

What better way to satisfy the urge than blasting a clay pigeon to smithereens, catching a victorious waft of the smoking barrels and reloading to unleash more destruction on yet another unsuspecting ceramic projectile.

Experienced instructors will demonstrate to your group how to use a shotgun safely and accurately. The clay pigeon traps are positioned to accommodate all levels of experience and simulate a variety of specific games.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy the country air and smoke a few clays, by the end of the session hopefully you should be nailing the clays more often than not...you'll have a blast!
