Clay pigeon shooting is often associated with tweed jackets, flat caps and black labradors. However, it has now become increasingly popular with gun-slinging Joe Public. All our clay pigeon shooting grounds cater for everyone from the absolute beginner to the pro shooter.

You will be coached throughout the session, by an expert tutor who will take you through the finer points of the sport, and hopefully turn you into a hot shot by the end of the event (well at least able to hit the clay anyway!).

Each of our clay pigeon shooting grounds have unique layouts (many of which host regional and national championships), and you will get to try your hand at numerous different traps. Each type of trap throws the clay in a different direction, speed and angle to simulate different 'game', from bounding rabbits and diving ducks driven pheasant.
