Overview:
Hammam means "spreader of warmth". It is the word given to the sensual bathing retreat that evolved over thousand of years and traces its roots back to the Roman Thermae.
This purpose-built Hammam is run according to the ancient traditions of an Arab bathhouse. Sublime silence is the rule, and you'll have a 90 minute session, including a massage an all over body massage.
The Hammam is designed to allow the body to relax when it comes in contact with water. Alternating between hot and cold pools stimulates blood circulation and toxins are literally steamed away by the aromatic vapour in the atmosphere.
