A great social activity. Our host was extremely knowledgeable about Champagne, history, grapes, region, ec. Additionally he enjoyed and enjoyed into banter which just gave it a something little extra and "removed" the stuffiness. Even those guys that didn't like Champagne were converted by the end.
We did get asked to reduce the noise on a couple of occasions so maybe a private area might be worth considering?
