The Site:

Spread over 200 acres, this dedicated activity centre is based in the enchanting Cheshire countryside, only a short drive from Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. Facilities include meeting room for 30 people, a fully licensed bar and the activities, which are all ideally suited to the wooded backdrop, are superb. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a multi-activity day of paintballing and clay pigeon shooting.

Clay Pigeon Shooting:
Forget horse racing, this is the real sport of kings. With a fully qualified instructor, you will rotate through a variety of traps (so named because originally they contained real pigeons). You will take part in a 20 clay taster session. The instructors are well-versed at dealing with novices and will quickly have you blasting the clays to smithereens on the  traps.

Paintball:
The wooded valley that forms the centrepiece of this idyllic activity centre is an ideal setting for a spot of hunting, so don the protective gear that is provided and proceed to take pot shots at your mates. The site incorporates villages, bridges, forts, swamps and bunkers so there is plenty of opportunity to ambush the enemy and pelt them with the deadly paint. (Top Tip No 2: Make the stag wear a red Santa hat throughout the day– easy target!). 100 paintballs included, additional paint £5 per 100.

Quad Racing:
You will set out in groups of 8-10 to take on the challenging terrain around the 200 acre site that will really put these machines, and you, to the test.

This is not some genteel scenic tour of the countryside but an intense examination of your concentration and ability to master the techniques needed to negotiate steep inclines and drops, streams and fast dashes through open fields and woodland.

This is what quads are really designed for and makes for a top activity.

Duration
Allow approx 40 minutes for your quad trek, and three hours for your paintballing session.
