Krakow Guided Old Town Pub Crawl with Strip Club Entry

Pub crawls are a relatively new phenomenon in eastern Europe. Under many Communist regimes drinking in more than one bar on any given night was strictly forbidden by law. Prosecutions were rare but if you were caught red-handed you could expect up to 15 years penal servitude. Thankfully laws have now been relaxed so your stag party can get completely hammered as they're taken on a guided tour of three or four of Krakow's cracking bars in the city centre.

First of all, I have to thank our guide Natalia who was amazing! After she picked us up at the airport and gave us a detailed briefing, she met us at the hotel in the evening and took us to the main square and some good bars. Later on she took us to a strip club called Diamond Club, which was amazing. It was my first visit to a strip club and I thought it may be a bit awkward but it wasn't at all. The dancers were very pretty, with one or two exceptions. We were made to feel comfortable and although drinks were more expensive than pubs and bars, it wasn't too bad at all.

Our guide looked after us on our first night, took us to some nice bars that suited our needs and the strip club was first class.

Although initially this seemed like a good plan to do, we ended up choosing our own places to go and never ended up in a strip club! We found a great club with good atmosphere. Sometimes it felt like the guide was taking you places to make money for certain bars but she was a friendly guide and gave some good advice and joined in the fun with everyone.

Can't remember too much about this one due to some flat out boozing since lunch time. Surprised we weren't in worse shape though and everyone made it to the end of the night and had a great time. Our guide was also really, really sound (her name was Dorota Purczynska - if there's any way of passing on our thanks and credit where it's due).

Excellent night out. Our guide was fantastic and took us to places popular with the locals, who couldn't have been friendlier and to places popular with tourists. Couldn't have started the weekend in a better fashion.
