Krakow Indoor Go Kart Racing
Overview:
Put your pedal to the metal and go full throttle around Krakow's premier indoor karting circuit. If you fancy yourself as the next Lewis Hamilton but spend half your life stuck in first gear on the M25 then this is your chance to take out your frustration. There'll be an exciting tournament and a bottle of champers for the winner. There's no need to worry about points on your licence as speeding is positively encouraged, so burn rubber!
Everyone likes a bit of fierce competition, and this is a great way to battle out old rivalries, and forge new ones with the members of the group you may not know so well yet! It's a great adrenaline rush, and provides untold amounts of pub banter for years to come!
Format:
You'll race around a 300m track in Karts capable of reaching speeds of 40mph, with 4-5 karts on the track at any one time. Each driver will take part in three 8-lap heats, with the best of the bunch progressing through to a final race. The winner of the final gets a bottle of bubbly!

- Return transport to/from the site (20 mins from town)
- Local guide included

This was great fun, although it made me feel sick as I was still drunk from the previous night.

It turned out to be better than I expected, the track is resonably long, but very narrow so no overtaking. Other than that it was very good

Overall the indoor go karting was good, very well organised with 3 groups having 3 heats each and automatic lap times recorded. So you could see who were the best karters. The equipment provided could of been better, it was clear that some go karts were a lot better then others, there were no head overalls provided so we all had black faces at the end of the session, and they were short of 1 pair of driving gloves so i supplied my own gloves for every one to share. The track lighting was also very dark in places, so the commentators could not easily see what was happening from a distance. Also like other go karting events i've been to, i was expecting a 1st, 2nd, 3rd trophy event with podium.

The track was very wet, so was very slippery. So at first some people were a bit cross as they kept spinning, but after several 360's later, everyone seemed to enjoy. Everyone seemed to have enough kart time.
