Overview:
We're not sure of the exact science behind it, but a football exerts a strong gravitational pull on a man. Get a group of men together and that pull is magnified exponentially. Bi-products of this phenomena include heightened bravado, loud shouting and shin-cracking aggression. It all gets a bit complex from there but you can't argue with science.

Short of belching the alphabet after downing 2 pints of beer in quick succession, there's nothing that screams "lads on tour" more than a good ol' English game of footie.
