Overview
Edinburgh has a brand new indoor site for the United Kingdom's fastest growing sport - paintball.
Set in an incredibly-located indoor arena in Central Edinburgh, this site is ultra-convenient for you and your group. This large arena takes paintball back to it's roots and focuses on teamwork and gameplay - there'll be a variety of game scenarios to mix up the emulsion-fueled action! The site uses brand new Tippman 98 compressed air markers, and features an on-site cafe and viewing area for cold snacks, sandwiches and soft drinks, electronic lockers that allow multiple access and have £500 contents insurance (!) and a dedicated video briefing room!

Format
This is no glorified game of ‘army’, fully kitted out in combat gear with face masks and semi automatic paintball guns, objectives and missions devised for your group are to be taken ultra seriously. Grown adults who have just been given their childhood back for the day are more than happy to oblige. Competing in teams, usually against other groups of weekend warriors, you’ll need to rely on your wit and nerves as you try to manoeuvre unseen towards the enemy and capture its flag/bomb their base/annihilate the opposition!

Included
- All equipment, including State-of-the-art Tippmann 98 compressed air markers, face protection, overalls.
- Two-hour session
- 100 paintballs

Duration
- 2 hour session. Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for kitting up/safety briefings.

Notes
- Extra paintballs are avaialble for purchase at a great rate of £8 per 100.
- Please ensure you dress appropriately for the activity
- No alcohol allowed on site.

The Site:

Afghan Fort
A giant fortress dominates a clearing in the jungle, and it’s crawling with enemy forces.  Your mission is to carry out a “Halo-Insertion”.  That’s SAS-talk for dropping one of your team members in with an explosive device to take-out the enemy base.  Who will be brave enough to accept the mission? 

Tomb Raider
Your mission is to trek through the jungle and locate an ancient stone pyramid.  It is said that a sacred amulet lies deep in the cold heart of the pyramid. The amulet is imbued with remarkable powers.  Evil forces are converging on the pyramid from another direction and they are out to grab the amulet for themselves; they'll stop at nothing to succeed.

Overview:
Stealth and cunning punctuated by bursts of intense action, paintball is one of those activities that lets you shed the years and romp around like a small boy. No wonder it’s the most popular of stag pursuits.
Afterwards, as the adrenaline subsides, you can be safe in the knowledge that being brought down in a hail of paintball pellets as you made that death or glory charge and exactly who shot who will be discussed in pubs for at least several decades to come.
This fantastic paintball site, set in a beautiful woodland location, is run by seasoned professionals of the paintball game who are there to make sure you enjoy the day, not just spend loads of money on paint. This is backed up by them offering the lowest cost of additional paint in Edinburgh.

Format:
This is no glorified game of ‘army’, you will be fully kitted out in the latest and best maintained equipment, including a camouflage battle suit, Tippmann JT Enforcers semi-automatic paintball markers and head masks which carry thermal-coated lenses, a gun air cylinder and optional battle pack. Once kitted out, you are then split into your respective teams and you will soon find yourself in the thick of the action. 

The equipment used is of the highest standard for your comfort and safety, and all our marshalls are experienced paintball players - nearly all to UK & European Tournament Level - therefore giving you the peace of mind that you are in very capable hands

Zones are spread across a 25 acre site with scenarios such as deactivating your rival team's HQ, going head to head in a gridlock game or using stealth to neutralise your opponent's defended position.

- Buffet lunch (included free on all full day bookings)

Lunch:
- Full Day: A cold buffet lunch is included as standard for clients booked in for a full day. It is possible to upgrade to a hot buffet lunch for a small additional fee. Just ask.
- Half Day: Clients booked in for a half day don't receive lunch as standard, but can have the cold or hot buffet for a small additional fee.
- The cold buffet includes: Variety of tasty sandwiches, wraps, mini pizzas, quiches, pork pies, barbeque wings and more (including mini muffins with cream for pudding).
- The hot buffet includes: Choice of Hearty Home made Chilli Con Carne n Rice, Chicken Curry n Rice, Pasta Bakes, Meatballs & Pasta and Scottish Specialities (i.e. haggis, neeps & tatties).

Duration:
The sessions are split into half days. Full day sessions cover both slots.
Nov - Feb: 9.30 - 12.30 and 12.30 - 16.00
Mar - Oct: 9.30 - 12.30 and 1.00 - 16.30

Notes:
- Additional ammo is available at around £8 per 100 paintballs (while most sites in Scotland will charge around £15 per additional 100 balls).
