Overview:
This is your last weekend of freedom. For months you have been worried that your friends are going to put you in a situation where you stuck between a rock and a hard place. You open your eyes, look down and realise that this is that moment...

After getting some hot tips on climbing techniques and having a practice at low level, participants pair up within the teams with a climber and a "belayer".  The climber scales the wall to get maximum points for height achieved while trusting the belayer to keep them on that rope.  Don't worry: a qualified instructor will be watching like a hawk.

After mastering the climbing it's time to work on your fear of heights. Instructors will teach you the basics in abseiling and have lowered down a rock face before you know what hit you.

Excellent fun incorporating some good old fashioned exercise, this should make you feel better about the 20 odd drinks followed by the soggy kebab you're bound to encounter in the early hours.
