As Robin Hood and William Tell would testify, this is one for the steady handed, so those of you who’ve had a heavy one the night before are likely to find this a real challenge! You will have competition standard bows to use and instructors to help you to get to grips with them. After a short practice, the full-on competition begins. (Top tip: with the need for a steady hand, a well-timed bit of sledging can send a mate’s arrow straight into the dirt where it belongs.)
