Overview:
Calling all action men. If you love an adventure, have a head for heights and enjoy getting wet, canyoning in the Alps will blow you away. Accompanied by experienced mountain guides, your group will abseil deep into a valley on the Swiss border and spend the day scrambling down the spectacular canyon.
Before you set off you'll get kitted out in a wetsuit and helmet and have a safety briefing where you'll be told how to avoid getting your head split open on a massive rock. You'll then head into the mountains and abseil a breathtaking 90ft into the canyon.
Led by your guides you'll scramble over boulders, slide down water-smoothed rocks, and swim through waterfalls along the way. With natural water slides of up to 12ft and 30ft jumps into rock pools, you'll find there's nothing like some icy white water to rid you of your hangover!

- Old trainers that you don't mind getting wet
- Swimwear to wear underneath your wetsuit
