Product Development Manager with creative writing skills

Chillisauce is a dynamic team building and events agency based on Carnaby Street, London. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Product Development Manager with creative writing skills to join our rapidly growing company.

You will be part of a young, lively team where you will be responsible for the following;
• Writing and loading text for event packages, venues and individual products onto the system
• Liaising with suppliers to source information and negotiate rates
• Collating information from suppliers into a coherent format to load onto the system
• Identifying new products, venues, product areas and suppliers
• Communicating effectively with sales staff to determine the products likely to be in demand
• Working to implement new processes, drive efficiencies and communication to guarantee thorough knowledge and application of new products and content being created and released
• Identifying and organising familiarisation trips for the corporate team
• Creating and writing content for newsletter and blog

Skills required:
• This position is ideal for a recent graduate or with 1-2 years work experience in the corporate event industry
• Thorough knowledge of the corporate event industry
• The ability to write creatively and succinctly
• Working efficiently on your own initiative
• An excellent communicator and all round team player
• In a previous role or general experience you have demonstrated excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Desktop publishing skills (mostly use of image html editors) big advantage
• Excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required
