- Choice of starter, including Avocado & king prawn salad, Ham hock terrine, with crusty bread and a homemade tomato chutney, Slow braised belly of pork with a plum sauce, or Deep fried risotto balls, stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and basil.
- Choice of main course including,
- Roasted butternut squash, pomegranate and quinoa salad. Garnished with a mixed leaf salad and dressed in a lemon & herb dressing.
- Mini rack of lamb, marinated in a garlic & mint dressing, slow roasted and served on a bed of grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
- Grilled aubergine, stuffed with ricotta cheese, pepper & basil, and topped with an Italian tomato sauce.
- 10oz rump steak, seasoned and grilled, sliced between homemade foccacia bread, mixed leaves, tomato, onion and mustard sauce. Garnished with homemade sweet potato chips.
- Baked and steamed salmon with herb crushed new potatoes, cool yogurt dip and homemade coleslaw.
