Coasteering is the official sporting term given to an activity that has been practiced by local thrill seekers for years; namely scrambling round a coastline and jumping off cliffs into wave lapped coves below.
Coasteering is combination of rock climbing, scrambling, swimming and cliff jumping, wrapped up in one adrenalin fuelled experience. During the session you will traverse along the bottom of cliffs using rocks and water, as well (of course) as jumping off them and working out the best route with your team and instructor while dodging the waves.
When the going's too steep, it's time to jump and swim to the next easy climbing spot.
