Overview:
Coasteering is a wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling, swimming and cliff jumping that takes you to otherwise inaccessible parts of the coastline.

Groups will be kitted up in wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids and given a safety talk before taking to the water and swimming out towards the headland (it's not that far!). From there you will make your way along a cliff face and venture into numerous caves where you'll come across a series of blowholes and whirlpools. At certain places during the trip you will use the push of the swell to clamber up onto the rocks. Then scramble up the cliffs and prepare to go into ‘Bomb' mode as you take a thrilling leap off the cliff back into the surf below!
 
The instructor will take the first leap to show the rest of the group how it's done, before those that are game follow suit. A real test of stamina and courage.

Duration:
3.5 hours

Notes:
Start and finish time depends on the time of year and high tide.
If the weather means the sea is too rough, then the instructors may have to replace the activity with another, if deemed too dangerous.

Overview:
Get ready for the latest craze sweeping the adrenaline scene.  Basically it's an endorphin milkshake.  Taking advantage of the stunning coastline in South Wales, your session will see you climb, swim, scramble and jump into a different stratosphere. Sea caves and swirling ocean swells combine to produce a truly wild experience with cliff jumps for the bold. The stag gets thrown off regardless.

- You will get wet. Make sure you have a towel and warm clothes to put on afterwards.
- This is a full day event: 10 am - 4.30 pm
