Like snowboarding but with wheels, this is something totally different for those who have tried all the standard stuff in the past and a big adrenaline rush to boot - strapped in and let loose on this exhilarating course you'll be eating dirt rather than snow when you wipe out.

This might just sound like an oversized skateboard for the obese, but it's not. The wheels are bigger and on either side of the board at the front and the rear, giving you far greater control than you'd expect. This extreme sport has become so popular that the US snowboarding team now use it to train during the summer, so if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for you

Based on a ski slope layout, this sites has various runs specifically designed to test mountain boarders of all abilities so whether you're an experienced mountain boarder or a complete novice you'll have a blast. The dirt track features plenty of humps and bends so if you're a bit of a pro you can really get some speed up and pull off some spectacular moves.

Sissies can sit this one out, the rest should head straight for the top and risk a bit of skin like a real man.
