Going down:
With plenty of choice for all members of the group ranging from the pansies to the real men you'll all love a bit of abseiling. Take your pick from low, tame crags up to high-adrenaline 140 ft cliff faces and get yourself strapped in.

Once shown the best descending techniques, you'll be left to bounce off the rockface, lowering yourself jubilantly to the ground below. Vertigo suffers sling your hook, those with a sense of adventure get involved!
