Wow your friends with your Ronaldo-esque skills and recreate your favourite footie moments in a game that'll separate the Frank Lampards from the Frank Spencers.

The Pitches:
They boast amazing artificial surfaces which play and feel like grass allowing great ball bounce, ball roll, comfort underfoot and no friction burns! The combination of the soft fibre and rubber infill allows players to slide tackle and fall on the surface without risk of injury. These pitches are used by top European and Premiership clubs such as Real Madrid and now they're publicly available for the first time in Wales. Furthermore, these pitches are larger than those at other local 5-a-side venues and they have the only 7-a-side pitch available in Cardiff.

The Game:
The glory of the 5/7-a-side is you can modify the format of the game to suit the needs of your group. If you've had a particularly heavy night you can take it easy with short games and multiple substitutions, but if you're madly keen and super fit you can have an intense game

What you need to bring:
T-shirt, shorts/tracksuit bottoms, trainers.

Facilities:
- Ten 5-a-side pitches
- One 7-a-side pitch
- Changing rooms / showers
- Bar for that well deserved post-match pint!

- Players can wear normal moulded stud boots (but please note, no metal screw-in studs, no blades and boots must be clean).
