These snappy little craft are built for one purpose - speed.
Each lightweight twin-hulled boat holds two people (an instructor and a passenger) and lots of petrol.
Your experience starts with a briefing on safety and handling, then you are taken out onto the water and shown exactly what that boat can do. Hitting big swells square on and launching air jumps is the main aim. Then, depending on the weather and at the instructor's discretion (do you smell like you guzzled a gallon of methylated spirits the night before?), you may even get to take the controls for a brief belt along the coast.
