Overview:
You’ve seen the sexy dance moves all over MTV; now it’s your turn to shake your booty with the best of them. Learn some authentic music video dance moves as you grind, groove and shimmy away like a true professional. Once you have the right skills you’ll be ready to impress the crowds at your chosen nightclub with your sexy moves! Guaranteed to be a good laugh and a great way to tone up and get some exercise.
Format:
- Warm up - 5 Mins
- Stretch - 5 Mins
- Dance routine - 40 mins
- Choreography development- working in small groups to create a small choreography section - 20 mins
- Mini show (each group) - 15 mins
- Cool down - 5 mins
What to Bring:
- Dress as funky as you like, but make sure the clothes are comfortable and easy to move about in. It is also advisable to wear comfortable trainers.
- A camera to keep a record of your efforts!

A top fitness club in Central London.
