Overview:
There's nothing quite like a bit of rivalry with your friends when it comes to karting. Nice guys do come last. So, the question is: do you have the competitive instinct and controlled aggression needed to finish first? Or are you happy to look down the tailpipe of your pal as he passes the chequered flag?

The Circuit:
This snaking 650m monster is challenging, wet or dry. It demands respect and sensible use of the throttle when laying down the power. Too much juice and you’ll spin like a top, not enough and you're out the back with Miss Daisy.

The Karts:
The karts are single engine 4-stroke biz corporate karts.  In competent hands they are capable of speeds up to 50mph, and that's pretty fast when your bum is only an inch from the tarmac.
 
The Race I – Mini Endurance (8–13 drivers)
Following the driver's instructions each person gets a 15 minute qualify session to establish their grid position. From there the chequered flag drops and you are off on a non-stop 30min race where the person who clocks up the most laps on the electronic scoring system makes off with the wreath. This is a great format as everybody has their own kart for the whole time, without swapping or changing.

The Race II – Super Prix (14+ drivers)
To begin with each person takes on 4 practice laps to get dialled into the circuit, kart and conditions. After that the session progresses as follows with results affecting grid positions:

- 1 x4 laps practice (all drivers)
- 4 x 5 lap heats (all drivers)
- 1 x 6 lap semi final
- 1 x 8 lap final (
- Trophy presentation – top 3 drivers

Overview:
This downland course has spectacular views over the South Downs and Channel. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty approximately 1 mile behind Beach Head.

Overview:
A great second activity to accompany clay pigeon shooting, you can fulfil your need for speed with a fun-packed mud buggies session. Racing on a purpose built track carved into of the side of a hill, you can really put your foot down and burn rubber.

The 400cc buggies are easy to drive and come equipped with a roll cage so if you do happen to take a corner slightly too quickly you should come away in one piece! After a full safety briefing you'll hit the track and compete against each other over timed laps.

Paintball

The Site:
This award winning 30 acre woodland venue was one of the very first paintball sites in the country, and as you may expect with a site that has been around so long, the features and game zones are among the top few tournament sites in the UK.

Game Zones:
The site features a whopping 9 game zones. Several of the zones and general games of play are outlined below:

Mexican Fortress:
EL Gringo keeps his box of gold hidden in his huge 40 foot fortress. Can you, the Mexican army, retrieve the gold for the peasants, or perhaps for yourselves?

D-Day:
Your landing craft approaches the beaches of Normandy and your heart is racing. When the landing doors drop can you and your allies take the beach?

Hostage Rescue:
Your pilot has bailed out over enemy territory. His beacon shows him inside a rebel base camp. Can you, the SAS, rescue him before it's too late?

Storm The Bridge:
A test of skill and coordination. Your team must take a bridge and push into enemy territory. Do you plan an all-out assault or consider a flanking manoeuvre?

Zombie Crypt:
In front of you lies a haunted graveyard with an imposing church. You and your tea mates must battle through the zombies and take the good book to the church to cleanse the unholy.

Capture the Guns:
After your parachute drop in Normandy, you and your squad must capture the German artillery guns ahead of you, helping your allies on the Normandy beaches.

Hyperball:
Hyperball is a small, open, tournament orientated game zone packed with fast and furious entertainment.

Archery & Crossbows

Overview:
You'll be armed with a longbow and under the watchful eye of a qualified instructor you'll be taught all of the tricks of the trade. If you've got good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye you'll hopefully be able to nail a few bullseyes. If however you're lacking in both departments, just make sure there's nobody within 50ft of the target!

If archery isn't violent enough for you then a crossbow shooting session should fit the bill. Crossbows are serious weapons and have the potential to do a lot of damage, so no messing around!

After a safety briefing, the instructors will give you a crash course in how to handle the crossbow, after which you'll be let loose with the weapon.

Spend your morning firing paintballs at eachother's arses in a series of tactical themed games, based around World War 2, Pirates of the Caribbean and even a Nazi Zombies crypt for all you Call of Duty fans! There'll be plenty of paint flying around, so brace yourself for a firm duluxing!

Overview:
Vertigo sufferers look away now! Adrenaline seekers feed your fear as you lean back over the edge and shoot down the lofty abseil tower! Learn the basics of abseiling, confident in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. You can up the adrenaline even more and try it blindfolded!

During the session you will cover the following:
- Abseiling techniques
- Confidence tests
- Blindfold abseiling

This isn't for wussy little girls - if you're afraid of heights, then, you should probably see your doctor, so he can prescribe you a hefty dose of ManUp.
Just remember - Stallone - Cliffhanger. Have fun!

Ask any climber, and they will tell you that indoor climbing is great, but outdoors is where the fun, the atmosphere and the exhilaration really begin. If you've ever wanted to try climbing then do it outdoors and you'll be hooked. The session will be tailored to your ability and aspirations, so whether you want to climb to the top of every mountain or just hope to get your feet off the ground, there's a challenge for everyone. Southern sandstone is surrounded by beautiful woodland and has the advantage of ease of access, being situated halfway between London and Brighton.

During the session you will cover the following:
- Knots & belaying
- Safety awareness
- Climbing technique
- Climbing etiquette
- Introduction to Climbing & Bouldering

Overview:
Learn the skills used to survive in the wild! Make fires to cook from and learn how to contact help, how to carry an injured person, identify fungi, plants and trees and how to use them. This is a very practical course and is designed to dispel any myths about survival and teach realistic and useful skills. This one will sort out the real men from the boys!
Bringing along a beach volleyball named wilson for company is optional.

During the course you will cover the following:
- Survival psychology
- Shelter building
- Fire lighting
- Tree, plant & fungi uses
- Emergency equipment
- Injured party carrying techniques
- Contacting help & being rescued

This hugely impressive venue, rated as one of the finest gun ranges in the world, also boasts many acres of superb hills and valleys, making it ideal for a bit of off-road revelry. As such you can combine the best clay shooting in the country with some brilliant quad biking and show the lads a day that they will be talking about all night.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Overview:
Take aim and blast the life out of some imitation birds with a session at one of the world's premier clay pigeon shooting ranges. The site has recently hosted the UK/US Masters Championship and boasts 60 traps which have been set up to test shooters from beginners to Olympic standard.

Under the tutelage of professional instructors you'll be talked through the secrets of successful shooting before being let loose with a 12 bore shot gun. After being divided into groups each person will shoot at 15 practice targets to get their eye in before blasting 15 in a competition with other members of the group.

If it's touch and go at the top of the leaderboard a few well timed heckles could go a long way to securing you the coveted 'Top Gun' crown.

Quad Bike Trekking
Overview:
Jump on board a powerful Yamaha Blitz quad and explore the undulating Sussex countryside. If you've been quad biking before and have been taken on a safari winding through dense woodland, this is a little different.

After a safety briefing and short practice session to get familiar with the quads you'll hit the trail. Your trek covers the rolling hills of a spectacular 1200 acre site which will test your riding skills to the limit. You'll climb steep slopes, speed over the flat and have to negotiate tricky descents - all of which adds up to a brilliant trek.

Overview:
Have you got the X Factor? You and your mates can make like Take That and hit the recording studio to show off your vocal talents (or lack of) like real pop stars.

You can either get serious and belt em' out like Michael Buble, or get silly and prance around like Jack Black on Redbull. Either way you'll end up with a CD fit for a real X factor audition or one that will inevitably get played at every possible occasion to humiliate the pants off of you.

How it works:
A qualified studio engineer and producer will give you a tour of the studio and explain how the recording process works, you will then have a chance to run through your songs in the control room. When you are satisfied with your run through, you will go into the Live Room and record your songs for real.

Once the vocals have been recorded, you can work with the engineer at the mixing desk and polish off your songs by adding  effects to your vocals to add that professional sparkle.

The songs will  be mixed, produced and mastered and you will be given a CD of your song to take home.

Overview:
A treasure hunt is excellent fun if you are looking for something entertaining to do during the day which will get all your party involved and working together. We can arrange pre-set treasure hunts through all the UK's major towns, which involve approximately 40 questions, the answers of which are gained as you walk along your route through some of the most scenic and interesting parts of the town. A treasure hunt is a great way of getting to know the city and also find out some interesting information that you would never have guessed unless you had taken part!

Format:
You will need to appoint one of your member as 'hunt master'. They will decide how to split up the group into teams and will hold the answers to the questions. The routes are circular, so you will always end up at your start point and it is best if you arrange a set finish time when all the teams have to be back at the start point to hand in their answers. It's recommended for the group leader to then take all the group to a nearby bar, where you can read out the answers, mark off the score cards (this is best done by getting teams to swap question papers and score while the hunt master reads out the answers) and then distribute any prizes (or penalties!) the hunt master has set for the occasion.
