Clay Pigeon Shooting - Blackpool

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Overview:
Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants will learn the skill of shooting clays – definitely not as easy as it looks!

Format:
Groups will meet for a full briefing and safety talk from a qualified instructor before heading out on the shoot. After some practice shots everyone will be split up into teams and the competition will commence with the instructor’s mission being to have everyone hitting the clays accurately in as short a time as possible. Everyone will have the chance to shoot 30 clays at a number of stands.

The stands will fire the clays from a multitude of positions to test your shooting skills, each mimicking the flight of different birds (for example: duck, pigeon or woodcock). Everyone’s efforts will be scored and the best shooter will be awarded a bottle of bubbly at the end of the session.

Duration:
Approximately 1-1.5 hours, depending on the group size.

Notes:
- Minimum group size of 5; no maximum.
- 30 clays included.
- Everyone will be awarded a certificate at the end of the session to take home.
