Birmingham Cocktail Masterclass & 3 Course Meal
Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just pouring a few spirits in a glass and giving it a bit of a shake - enter the world of Mixology.
Mixology is an art: get it right and you can create delicious drinks which will be an explosion of pleasure on your tongue, but get it wrong and you'll be pulling pained faces and reaching for the mouthwash!
After a welcome drink each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail - where the word originates - and the tools and bar skills behind some of the world's most famous drinks. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.
The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for.
Your host will then demo a range of cocktails displaying all of the main cocktails styles and everyone will get behind the bar to create them themsleves including martinis, shaken drinks, layered drinks, mojitos and milky cocktails.
Guests will then be able to choose to make another cocktail of their choice either straight up or as a game/race/team competition or simply to relax and enjoy afterwards.
Finally, guests can leave with a bang as they enjoy a 'vodka train' domino rally as a farewell drink. All guests will also receive a Cocktail Master Cetificate plus the group leader will receive a keepsake complete with photos.

Really fun to do and being the first stag do they have run the course for they adapted it very well for a male audience. Virgin cocktails were offered to the non drinker but were never received, probably due to the other parties arriving afterwards.

Great Class! We had a really good time with the cocktail masters. we all got to make loads of drinks and all of the staff where extremely helpful and friendly. we had our own privet section and all 14 of use were involved . There was a little bit of a drama with one of the girls on the hen night and Vodka revolution dealt with it excellently. They made the night very special and helped us in every way possible and more. Thank you for a very special night and a extra big thank you to Ben who helped make the night !

Cocktail making was really good fun. Tryed lots and got very drunk. Great value for money. Bar staff were really friendly and it was a great laugh!! Starter and maincourse was lush!! I had the chicken skwers and the pasta dish. Wasn't so keen on the brownie i had for desert. Bit sickly for my liking.

The cocktail masterclass was far better than I had imagined. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel at ease & comfortable. I can honestly say I haven't laughed that hard for a very long time :) Informative as well :) Thank you Ross for making my Hen weekend a night of hilarious memories!!

Really good value for money and Ross was really upbeat and kept the fun going. Food was reasonable, but we really enjoyed the whole event.
