Overview:
Our outdoor range is designed specifically for archery practice over distances ranging from 20 yards for novices and up to 80 yards for experts.

We have left- and right-handed bows and our qualified instructors provide essential instruction for the beginner to this very popular activity.

Team competitions can be arranged and we can cater for groups of 4 people or more.

Overview:
Even for those that have done every other conceivable motor sport, hovercraft racing is somewhat of a unique experience. They handle like no other machine, powersliding across the surface whether on land or water. Imagine controlling an airport shopping trolley with a giant fan on the back, and you're halfway there!

 

The skills required to drive the craft are good balance, fine judgement and forward thinking. The skills are different enough from any other form of land-based racing to put everyone on a level playing field from the start.

 2 x 35hp hovercrafts will be on-hand to take 4-8 people at a time as they try and get a handle on these tricky machines. An instructor will give a demonstration and lesson on a flat, undulating field before everyone is given the chance to drive the Hovercraft for themselves. Top fun.

Overview:
Enjoy the mud and thunder of a thrilling off-road quad biking session. If you like your activities rough and ready then this will be right up your dirt track. The quads here are fast, fun and powerful. When you open them up on the flatlands you'll pick up cheek-rippling speed so that you'll have the power and gearing to tackle the steep slopes and rough terrain through the dense woodland ahead. When this gets rough there are more bumps and humps than a pool party at the Playboy mansion! Only real men can handle them so if you have any weaklings in your group you better book them a netball session.

Overview: 
A CPSA qualified instructor will take the team through the basics of shooting Clay Pigeons. Each individual will use a 12-gauge shotgun to shoot at a variety of clay targets (these can include Bolting Rabbit, Springing Teal, Crossing Targets and Going away Targets). Low recoil cartridges are used to ensure the guests do not flinch when firing the gun allowing them to concentrate and enjoy the shooting.

The clay shoot covers over 30 acres of natural countryside with trees, bushes, ponds and a 80 foot tower providing the ideal setting for the Sporting layout.

Approximately 1.5 hours, depending on group size.

Unleash the inner Robin Hood, sharpen your focus and aim for the bullseye. The aim is to shoot at the target of coloured rings with modern Olympic style equipment, with a sight on the bow for pinpoint accuracy. Archery is a fun 1 ½ hour event. Participants have a practice session to develop technique, followed by a competition, taking part either individually or in teams.

Overview
Sweat out the hangover & relive the glory days on these purpose built Astroturf pitches. Split the boys into two teams for a winner-takes-all tournament or just knock it about in friendly showboat session: how the day runs is up to you. A ref can also be provided to keep a track of all the action (optional).

Overview:
A treasure hunt is excellent fun if you are looking for something entertaining to do during the day which will get all your party involved and working together. We can arrange pre-set treasure hunts through all the UK's major towns, which involve approximately 40 questions, the answers of which are gained as you walk along your route through some of the most scenic and interesting parts of the town. A treasure hunt is a great way of getting to know the city and also find out some interesting information that you would never have guessed unless you had taken part!

Format:
You will need to appoint one of your member as 'hunt master'. They will decide how to split up the group into teams and will hold the answers to the questions. The routes are circular, so you will always end up at your start point and it is best if you arrange a set finish time when all the teams have to be back at the start point to hand in their answers. It's recommended for the group leader to then take all the group to a nearby bar, where you can read out the answers, mark off the score cards (this is best done by getting teams to swap question papers and score while the hunt master reads out the answers) and then distribute any prizes (or penalties!) the hunt master has set for the occasion.

Overview:
Experience the most varied and exciting quad bike adventure in the country. The safari adventure includes a variety of fast open ground, challenging woodland terrain and technical hilly sections.

Expert tuition will ensure guests achieve the most from their Honda 250 quad bikes. The Quad bikes are fitted with an advanced, easy to use electronic gearshift system, which makes them fun and adaptable for all ages.

We offer a variety of safari options, from a 1 hour trek around the farm’s woods to our advanced 2 hour course which includes a trek, advanced tuition and our technical time trial. Each safari can be tailored to suit the age, ability and experience of the group. It is advised that adventurers wear appropriate outdoor clothing, boots, wellies or trainers depending on the weather.

All essential protective equipment will be provided and up to 6 people will ride per session.

Overview:
An ideal option for those wanting somewhere nice to enjoy a meal with a good bar to start the evening off.
The meals are a modern European cuisine combined with British favorites in the restaurant and the debonair lounge bar was voted no. 5 in The Independent Newspapers '50 Best Bars' feature 2010.

You will be taken through the tastes, aroma’s and stories behind a variety of classic to contemporary cocktails and even learn trade secrets of a few of our little gems, such as the Vespa Martini.

There will be an opportunity to jump behind the bar yourselves and gain an inside perspective on the art and craft of the cocktail, the event includes exciting demo’s and gives you firsthand experience of the wide range of methods used in the creation of all your favourites.

Saturday’s resident DJ’s Paul and Junior playing a Vaults classic mix of House, Disco, Soul, Funk and RnB. Doors open from 5pm Friday’s and Saturday’s with DJ’s playing from 9.30pm right through until 3am.
