Overview:
If you are looking for something slightly more cultural than the normal bar crawl, as well as being interested in sampling some fantastic wines and mixing more in the local scene than the tourist scene, then this is the event for you. We will take you to a range of 'of the beaten track' bars, extremely popular with the locals for their unique atmosphere and wide range of wines.
Format:
You will be picked up by your guide from the hotel, and taken into the old 'Gothic Quarter' of Barcelona, famous for its winding narrow streets and myriad of bars and restaurants tucked away in the most unusual of places.
This area has a really unique atmosphere and its almost like stepping back in time, as you enter establishments hidden behind centuries old wooden doors and step down into converted arched wine cellars. Over the course of the evening you will move between several of these charming establishments, and sample a range whites, reds, roses, sangria and cava, mixed with some local tapas or ‘pinchos' (small but very tasty bites). How the evening develops is entirely up to you, and we will try to tailor the evening to the requests of your group. Generally as the night unfolds we will move to more and more livelier places and then culminate in a top Barcelona nightclub, where our weary guide will leave you to party away until the early hours.

Notes:
- Although we include various nibbles during the evening this is not going to fulfill hearty appetites. This however should not be a problem as you can always order additional food in any of the bars along the way if you are getting hungry.
