Overview:
Could you be the next Olympic Clay champion? Test your reflexes and hand/eye co-ordination in one of the most satisfying of field sports available in the fresh air of the lovely Welsh countryside.
The instructors at this venue have many years of experience in clay shooting and the use and handling of shot guns. Perfect for first timers or experienced shooters, participants will learn from the experts and improve their aim and shooting technique.
The Format:
After a full safety briefing, each participant will have their skills assessed by a qualified instructor.
Everyone will receive one-to-one coaching throughout the session to ensure that everyone is hitting the clays in as quick a time as possible. Everyone will shoot 3 sets of 10 clays, the instructor making sure that you are holding the gun and aiming correctly.
A series of competitions will also be held throughout the session: Participants will be split into teams for a team competition, and their will be an individual competition where 1st, 2nd and 3rd is awarded. A ‘Clay Conservation Society Member’ Award will also be given to the worst shooter on the day!
Duration:
Approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.

- 30 clays and cartridges included.
- Minimum group size 6; maximum 25.
- The site has a car park, changing area and flush toilets.
- A packed lunch including a baguette, crisps, chocolate bar and drink is available for a small extra cost.
