Overview:
What better way to start off your evening in Krakow than by chowing down on an authentic Polish meal in a quaint old fashioned restaurant in the town centre. The menu consists of Schabowy po chlopsku - peasant cutlets on the bone. This is a substantial piece of pork on the bone coated in wheat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, fried till golden on lard, served with baked potatoes and all washed down with 2 frosty cold beers.
