If you are looking for a sunny south coast destination that is a bit change from the in your face destinations of Bournemouth and Brighton, then Eastbourne could be just the place you are looking for. It wasn't long ago that Bournemouth had a reputation as the 'pink rinse' capital of the south, but those days have long since gone and it is now well known as a young party town with buzzing nightlife. Some would say both Brighton and Bournemouth have gone past their best and the hordes of stag and hen parties that pound the streets at a weekend are not to everyones tastes.
So, the hunt goes on for the next up and coming coastal destination, and we are tipping Eastbourne to be the next on the list. Officially the sunniest place in the UK, if you want good weather then you can't get much better than Eastbourne without a flight, and its long sandy beaches put Brighton's to shame. The city centre is easy enough to walk round without taxi's, yet large enough to provide enough choice of bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants to keep even the most picky stag or hen party happy.
We are not going to pretend that the nightlife is as hectic as Bournemouth and Brighton, but then again many of the clubs and pub in these destinations will now not let stag or hen parties in, which narrows down your options, whereas in Eastbourne the atmosphere is much more relaxed and you are not so likely to get the cold shoulder from doormen.
The other benefit of Eastbourne over Bournemouth and Brighton is that its much better value for money. During summer the accommodation in Brighton and Bournemouth is extortionate and we can provide you with much better value options just down the road in up and coming Eastbourne.
