Overview:
Airsoft is paintball on steroids. Making use of realistic, rapid fire M16 assault rifles that spit out a blistering 13 rounds of 6mm plastic pellet balls per second (yes, that's per second), it will have your heart pumping like a bastard in no time! The guns are accurate up to 60 meters, 3 times the accurate range of paintball markers.
To be honest we have no idea why its called Airsoft because if you catch a spray across the fleshy part of your legs (perhaps where your jeans are a bit tight) it feels like you've been set upon by a posse of pissed-off pit vipers.
You'll jump higher and run faster than you have done in years. For girls worried about the pain and bruising, tying a jumper securely around your waist so that it hangs down over your bum and thighs is sound advice that you should follow.
Format:
Game sessions unfold in a similar manner to paintball. You'll be split into platoons and fight each other to obtain specific objectives. Realistic battle scenarios include ‘Fort Frenzy', 'D-day Landing', 'The Swamp', 'Medieval Tower' and more. The scenarios are set in dense woodland, with a large number of excellent props setting off natural obstacles such as streams and ravines.
