Mud & Mayhem is a mixed activity driving event where participants drive 3 off road vehicles during a 3 hour half day session. The vehicles can include Landrovers 4X4, Quad Bikes, Powerturn Mayhem vehicles, Reverse Steer Jeep and Argo Cat 6x6. On arrival guests will be divided into groups of up to seven people; each group will spend about 50 minutes at each activity.
Guests will participate in three of the following activities. The final combination will be decided by Adventure Sports based on weather and total group size:
Reverse Steer Driving:
This converted Jeep provides one of the funniest activities you'll ever experience. Turn the steering wheel one way and the vehicle goes the other. Throw in a blindfold and the results are hilarious!
4x4 Off Road Driving:
Each guest will be given expert tuition on how to drive and control a Camel Trophy Landrover. A challenging course is used that incorporates steep hills, gravity defying inclines and lots of mud.
Powerturn Mayhem Vehicle:
A twin seater kart, this unusual vehicle is powered by two powerful engines and is driven by two drivers at a time. The drivers must cooperate to get round the track without mistakes!
Quad Bikes:
Drive 250cc Honda Fourtrax quads around a challenging obstacle course incorporating dips, slaloms, tight corners and limbo bars. Scores are awarded based on the driver’s skill and ability with penalties awarded if an obstacle is hit.
Argo Cat 6x6:
Six wheels, one driver and lots of fun. These amphibious all terrain vehicles are designed to go through mud, over hills and through swamps. Two levers control the steering to make these vehicles a true challenge.
Duration:
Mud & Mayhem lasts for approximately 3 hours.
