Now, you want to be very careful here, you could get into trouble. Lincoln contains a steep hill called, appropriately, Steep Hill. Think very carefully about which way you want to pub crawl along this steep hill. Start at the bottom and work your way up towards where most of the hotels are, with frequent breaks for refreshments, and life is easy. Start at the top, then coming down is easy, but you're stuck with a belly full of beer and a long climb ahead of you at the end of the night. I know. I've done it.

If you haven't knackered yourself too much on the hill, there is a fabulous collection of activity centres a short drive away, mostly catering for nearby Nottingham although some, such as rally driving, are closer to Lincoln.
