Get tanked!:
Driving a tank is about as cool as it gets. Driving 4 in one day pushes you past cool and into some kind of Fonz-like stratosphere. Strap on your camouflage helmet, swipe two blackened fingers across your cheeks and get ready for a day of military vehicle madness. Aaaaay...
You'll drive 4 of the following:
Armoured Personnel Carrier FV432:
Designed to carry troops into battle, this robust vehicle weighs 15 tons and is powered by an 8 litre Rolls Royce engine. It's a tracked vehicle with skid steering making it easy and fun to drive.
Manoeuvre them around the challenging off road course with ditches and humps a plenty. Get involved!
Stalwart 6 Wheel Drive:
An amphibious all-terrain vehicle, this remarkable machine can speed across the most demanding ground and has the ability to travel through high water. Robust and exciting, you'll love this one.
Snowcat:
An articulated tracked vehicle that is used by the military for transporting troops over snow. Plough it around and over a variety of obstacles.
Scout Car:
Used as a light reconnaissance vehicle in the gun area, this Daimler Ferret Scout Car remains one of the most successful British military vehicles to date. It has a 4.2 litre 6 cylinder Rolls Royce engine. Made for over 40 years until the mid 90s, many are still in use today and it's all yours to command.
Abbot:
A 17-ton self-propelled gun with capabilities of shooting over 10 miles, it was designed to be a mobile gun to carry troops into battle. The automatic transmission in the 6 litre Rolls Royce K60 with 240HP makes this tank fascinating to drive on an off road track.
