This is a two-and-a-half to three-hour session and how it runs is entirely dependent upon you. Instruction and all equipment is provided. If you want proper learning, than have it you shall with lessons on capsize drills, turning strokes, surf stops and rapid paddling. If, on the other hand, you simply want to race your mates across the water singing the theme tune from Hawaii 5-0, that's fine too.
