Mixing Bubbles:
The Champagne cocktail masterclass is your opportunity to learn with top mixologists. Embark on a guided tour; from the Classic Champagne Cocktail to the Mojito royale, whilst savouring a glass of the house champagne and enjoying a selection of nibbles. Be entertained and delighted whilst your host fashions their favourite cocktails for your sipping pleasure. A hands-on approach is encouraged so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get yourself behind the bar!

Drinks:
You'll get an arrival glass of champagne, make between 1-2 cocktails plus a number of other little tipples which are dished out during the session.

The Nibbles:
- Olives, bread and oils, cured meats etc...

- The session will last about 90 mins.

The Intimate Collection:
Add a touch of class to your special weekend with a brilliant Champagne tasting experience. You'll learn a lot about the bubbly, covering aspects such as blending, ageing and dosage whilst sipping on a variety of delicious Champagnes

You will try 6 different Champagnes including:

Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve - A superb example of a classic glass of Champagne.

Billecart-Salmon Rose - One of the finest NV Rose Champagnes on the market. It's a real house favourite.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs - An opportunity to sample the depth and character of the chardonnay grape.

G.H.Mumm Demi Sec - Explore how the dosage affects this sweeter Champagne.

Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque - Dip into the realms of prestige Champagne where the houses use their finest grapes.

- The tasting session will last about an hour

Overview:
Instead of gulping your wine down glass after glass, why not savour the taste and learn some wine trivia.  This wine tasting afternoon is a great experience and fun for all.  By the end of the session you'll have an expert palate on what wine is best for which occasion- you'll be able to stun your friends with your hidden knowledge.  Surrounded by your girlfriends, this is an enjoyable few hours spent having fun and giggling away whilst learning something new.

-Between 6-8 bottles of wine to sample

-Crackers and biscuits
